I like leaning on communities for things like this and I was about to start taking my primal queen when I decided to find a community to talk to through the process.
Now y’all got me worried 😅
I have two months of the product that I haven’t touched because I let myself get overwhelmed by the posts in here. Seems to be a lot of negative reactions or general concerns but then I’ll find a post with a handful of positive reviews.
I’m thinking I should start slow, with one a day, but not sure how to go about it. I’m kinda reconsidering the whole thing due to reviews here.
- I fight lethargy during the day so I was hoping this would help me find energy.
- I have fluctuating weight issues and I’m hoping this reduces my snacking cravings and helps me find a healthier path.
- I have endometriosis and tend to have painful periods.
- I don’t sleep well and suffer from restless legs and painful hips from the endometriosis. It gets worse around my cycle.
Thoughts? Guidance?
