Found Dog 122nd & Holgate (SE)

Found dog last night outside around 1am. He is very big, not neutered, sweet, and very anxious. He has a kong harness and the condition looks really good. He also smells like dog shampoo so my guess he was cleaned within the last 48 hours.

He does have a small injury on his right ear, head and paw. My guess he got into a scuffle with a local guard dog.

Took him to the emergency vet to scan for a chip, nothing. While they couldn't treat him, they said his injuries are nothing serious. I've had him overnight and unfortunately I cannot hold him for longer than this. Ive posted on nextdoor and all that, no responses.

I'm going to take him to the Multnomah county shelter within the next few hours before they close.
