What keeps you playing?

Honest question what keeps you playing this game? The balance is so poor it makes the game unfun. The events and reward system are bland and repetitive. The monetization is incredibly high to the point where it's hundreds of dollars just for a skin. The developers clearly don't listen to their community and don't know how to properly maintain a MOBA. Matchmaking is so horrible you never know when you're going to get stuck with new players who have no business being in Masters or with incompetent teammates. The Chinese version is clearly a superior version that had more time effort and energy put into it while we get stuck with the beta version. I truly feel like if this wasn't a Pokemon game it wouldn't have nearly as many players as it does.
