LF: shiny event zeraora, FT: shiny Sapphire rayquaza

I have an extra shiny rayquaza I soft reset for in Pokemon Sapphire. I can also run him though the elite 4 to get the gen 3 champion ribbon if you want (he's still in my copy of Sapphire). I just want a genuine shiny zeroura as I missed the event, and he's my favorite pokemon :(

I can also transfer him to Colosseum for the 100x victory so he gets a title and ribbon
