Mod recommend for new player

Hello everyone! I'm new to Planet Zoo, having just purchased it two days ago. I'm absolutely loving the game so far—it brings back nostalgic memories of Zoo Tycoon 2. I'm wondering if any mods allow for more freedom in building, specifically with paths and barriers. Additionally, I'm open to any other mod recommendations that enhance the Planet Zoo experience.
