Thoughts on my industrial?

I got this piercing over 2 years ago. After a year, the piercing appeared to be fully healed, no bumps or irritation for a while. A few months later this giant bump appeared on the top piercing. I tried to keep it clean and just leave it be hoping it would pass on its one accept now another 6 months later it’s not only still here,maybe a little bigger, but also now the bottom is having issues.

I’ve tried to leave it alone and have stopped wearing headphones as well but nothing seems to be working. Any advice plz and thank you <3

I am worried it’s a keloid as it’s sort of skin colored but I am hesitant to use that term as I am not an expert
