How many times a week to work out?
So I’ve got my lower body lifting routine down, but I’ve noticed with upper body lifting is just making me bulky. Because of that I’ve been thinking of switching upper body days with Pilates. However, I’m not sure how many times a week to do it. I want to start with Move with Nicole videos, since a lot of people love them. They are about 20-30 min. I know Pilates is not easy but is twice a week enough?
