Climbing with cystocele?
Im 37 yo and I have a stage 2 (maybe 3) cystocele likely caused by chronic constipation. No births. I have no leaks or urgency, just heaviness that feels like bloating. I love climbing, but between a major depressive episode and now this, I haven’t been in almost a year and a half. I want to start again, but I’m finding extremely contradictory information on whether rock climbing will definitely make things worse. Anybody here climb with pop? Has is it made your prolapse worse? Are there modifications that won’t completely take away the fun or challenge? My PT hasn’t been super helpful on this.
