Minotaur giant instinct barbarian- how would you rule?

So basically this character ended having to go thru the reincarnation ritual. (he was a skeleton before, part of his objective is to be properly alive again, but since he was a undead for a decent amount of time this was the better option)

so i went with the suggestion on the ritual for rolling for what specific one it is after rolling for the rarity. asked my player to roll, and its a minotaur.... so the thingy with giant barbarian about getting large at lv6 became pretty redundant. should i just let it go to huge, or switch the instinct etc? (not even sure if he wants another instinct)
