These kids won't sleep alone!

So we moved to a new home a whole year ago now and my 3yo and 7yo kids won't stay in their rooms or sleep alone. My 7yo insist on me staying there to watch him sleep and at some point in the night my 3yo will come into our room demanding someone sleep with him. I'm so tired of this being our every night. I mean our bedroom is literally a foot from there room so we are practically there.

I'm at a loss on what to do. They fall asleep fine on their own as long as I am there but between 3am-4am my little one especially will wake up. I have the red light, they have music, special stuffies and blankets, reassurance that I'm right there. I've ignored it(which was the hardest for me to listen to screaming) I don't understand what it is. I was more empathetic when we just moved in since I know a new house can be scary for kids but a year?! Id love to sleep through the night a few times a month at least which is something I haven't done since my second one was born. Any advice?
