Weird dinosaur who's name i can't remember

There's this dinosaur I remember looking up a while ago but I can't for the life of me remember the name. Anytime i try to look up it up with descriptions it doesn't show up in any results.

Its basically a small theropod with these plates on its back kinda like an ankylosaur.

Do any of you guys know what im talking about?
