Swapping Packout Drawers
I have a 4-drawer Packout. The 4-drawer works great for organizing my DIY tools. I'm looking at getting a second Packout 2-drawer unit to hold some of my 20v tools. I've read that the drawers on the drawer units might sag and stick after time. Also, looking at the Packouts, having two 3-drawer Packouts (the ones with the large bottom drawer and two smaller upper drawers), seems like a good combination for me. I'd place the heavier 20v tools in the bottom drawers and my small tools in the upper drawers.
So, can easily remove one set of rails from my 4-drawer Packout and place them into the 2-drawer unit to create two 3-drawer units?
All the YouTube videos I've seen show removal of the boxes side rails, not the drawer slides.I'm a DIY, not a contractor. Purchasing two 3-drawer units is not in my budget.
