Does anybody know the solution to this?

I've owned my PlayStation VR2 for about a year now and there's been a reoccurring problem with the device. Whenever it's turned on, instead of forcing the screen on the VR2, it locks into a black screen with a Dualsense icon with a option button prompt, then on the output device. It reads "Connect your PlayStation VR2 directly to your PS5's USB port." I've tried multiple ideas and it wouldn't just work, like clean out the USB port, re-plugging it in, and untangling the wire. Any solutions?
