Pay twice?
I paid the $377 back in May of this year when I started my PE application. I took a pause and decided to finish my application this month. I had an account on https://eservices.nysed.gov/professions/continue but it looks like it expired (?). I went back to my emails and saw this: "the online application process that you initiated will expire on 06/25/2020 unless completed and paid for."
I am not able to start a new application because there is a matching personal information?!?! Does anyone know if the 377 is an one time payment? I want to start submitting my experiences but i need to know if I have an application open.
