Which meditation to get started with?
So I was reading the blue meditation book, and the first meditation was Dynamic meditation, followed by Kundalini, although I resonated with the idea but it would be really difficult to get started with it in my accommodation. I'm planning to attend an Osho centre for that in a few months, but meanwhile can I start with some other meditation techniques which will help? Any of the easier ones which can be done at home?
Tl;Dr - Need an easy meditation to get started with since Dynamic meditation has logistical challenges
