How do I use Tegaderm with Omnipod?

I've been having issues lately with various things surrounding my pod. (which I've covered in other posts!)

Plenty here recommmended tegaderm. Exactly HOW do you guys use this with your Pod?

Is it as simple as applying to the skin, then applying the pod over it?

Do you let the pod push a hole through it?

Do you find the adhesive more gentle whilst on the skin and when removing?

So many questions!
