How to report a school bus?

There's a bus in my neighborhood that's been idling every morning for the past few weeks whenever I go to work. Which is whatever except the past few days they've been parked really close to a stop sign. Googling just took me to the OPS website and I'm not even sure if the bus is OPS or not.

I feel like I'm being a Karen but that's such a dangerous spot to park and block visibility for anyone turning onto or off of the street.
