Guide to help me start as a youtuber

So I want to start do YouTube and also streaming and I think I can do well if I put the effort in. The content I want to do is playing a range of video games broading my niche in the gaming community. Also react to anime and some shows . I'm willing to put my facecam and honestly don't care if the people I know see any video I make because ur gonna get hated regardless if they dislike it. I already finished making my YouTube and tiktok. Twitch can be sorted it out later. I'm here today anyway to get any tips or pointers that can better prepare me for this journey. Also I was thinking of just posting viral vids and repost them on all my social media accounts. After thinking about it I think if I want to take this seriously and earn clean hard work revenue then I need to work hard on this and take the short route. Obviously since I'm still young this will be a side hustle like something after revision I can do this as my relaxing time. Overall I'm ready to start is there any tips or pointers ur willing to share that could help me and improve me. Thank you
