Confused by negative ovulation tests?

This is my first time using ovulation tests so I’m a bit confused as to why my blue line was darker on day 10 versus day 13. Today it was really faint, as to a few days ago it was much darker. I’m suppose to ovulate in 5 days according to the app, when would be the best time to take another ovulation test? Also any other interpretations appreciated!
