How strong would Kakashi be in part 1 and Shippuden if he never had the Sharingan?

Would he have trained harder on his chakra reserves and control apart from his Taijutsu, ninjutsu and genjutsu due to the absence of the Sharingan?

Would he have created shiden ahead of time?

Would I still have the 5 chakra natures?

Would he have rusted in part 1 due to inactivity or since he couldn't trust the Sharingan abilities would he have trained and not rusted?

Would he be stronger than his self from part 1 and Shippuden?
