Need Genuine Advice on Getting Clients for My NDIS Business (SIL, Respite, Community Support)
Hi everyone,
I’m seeking genuine advice on how to grow my NDIS business and find clients. I’ve been working as a nurse for the past 3 years, mainly supporting people with disabilities. I recently completed my NDIS Provisional Audit and now offer services like Supported Independent Living (SIL), Respite, and Community Support.
A bit about me: I transitioned from an engineering background to nursing because I have a passion for helping people and solving real-world problems. I’ve also started using social media to promote my services, but I’m struggling to gain traction.
Here’s the challenge:
• I’m not the greatest salesman, and I don’t have the budget to attend expensive networking events or expos.
• I really want to focus on providing quality care, but I’m unsure how to connect with potential clients or their families effectively.
I’d appreciate any advice on:
• How to build a client base without a big budget or extensive network
• Affordable ways to connect with families in need of NDIS services
• Strategies that have worked for others in the same situation
Additionally, I’d love to hear from others about the challenges you face in the NDIS sector, either as a provider or a client. Understanding these challenges will help me improve my services and make a real difference.
I’m determined to make a positive impact and would be grateful for any practical advice or insights. Thank you for your time!
This is not a promotion so dont worry!
