Mommy Brain?

Hey does "mommy bain" ever get better? I feel like I am so foggy all the time. My son is 6 months and I am sleeping fine, its just my brain isn't back at full capacity - not even close. I was telling a story today at work and I literally forgot my sons name. And now I'm worried that I should see a doctor.
