Microneedling with Hyaron and vit C gone wrong
Microneedling with HA gone wrong
I had microneedling with Aquagold needles done 3 weeks ago. Practitioner said she used Hyaron HA diluted with saline, vit C and she went as deep as 0.6 mm.
I developed a reaction that included swelling, tingling, warm skin and hot flushes. After a few a days I went to a dermatologist who prescribed me with antibiotics orally (Doxycycline) and topically (Clindamycin cream).
After a week of taking antibiotics hot flushes finally start to decrease and swelling slowly subside but it is still there.
I read about Hyaron that it is not cross linked HA and should dissolve fast but I am now 3 weeks post and I still see all of these tiny bubbles with transparent liquid inside under my skin. I tried to take some pictures but it is not easy to show on photos, in reality it is worst. It all looks like I have some bad acne scaring that is not a case at all, I had very smooth skin before this treatment.
What to do next? Dermatologist put me with this antibiotic for a month but I think it is not really working super well. If dissolving is the option-how to dissolve HA that is out so superficially and all over my face?
