Would you sell to this person?

This person sent me an offer on a Louis Vuitton bag. I accepted the offer and it said transaction failed bc of their payment method (no big deal this has happened before and they usually just have to fix something with their card.) She sent the offer again and said to try again but then proceeded to send 11 messages back to back within a few mins. I found this really strange especially the random citizenship message? I typically would think it’s a scammer but they have 67 5-star reviews & she’s a verified user. Would you accept this?
