1180 max hp?

I'm trying to complete thrones of the herald. I used the guide on the wiki, but it calls for 1200 max hp. I'm level 120 in hitpoints and i've used the exact build and agility courses but i'm still lacking that last 20 hp, and i can't seem to complete phase 3 no matter what i do. What am i missing?
