Illinois ABE website

I'm about to fucking lose it. I have tried to view my redetermination date/benefit details for the last few days and THIS STUPID GARBAGE FUCKING WEBSITE WON'T FUCKING LET ME. First it was the stupid login issues, and now even when I can login to Manage My Case, IT DOESN'T GIVE ME THE OPTION TO VIEW MY DETAILS!!!!!!!!!! Only continue applications or link my case (that I do not have yet).

Different internet browsers, different devices, different days/times. SAME FUCKING SHIT.

Somebody please help me. Is there something else I have to do to view my info? And can I just march into my local office and do the redetermination in person?

Also, I've had medicaid since 2021 and was able to do my redeter online last year with no issue. I emailed the help desk and they emailed me a 16 page form that includes asset info? When I originally applied AND did my redetermination, they didn't ask about any of that. Did that change? I'm 33 fwiw.
