Weird turning on behaviour, is it alright?

Hi there. Yesterday I finished my build brief specs below

CPU: AMD 9800x3D Mobo: MSI Tomahawk x870e AIO: Corsair ICue Link H150i RGB Case: Corsair 5000D Airflow RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB 32gb Extras: 4 ICue Link fans LX120

And after I connected everything in my case and turned it on it does have some odd behaviour. The PC turns itself on, the lights go on, the fans run, then suddenly fans stop running but the lights stay on, after like a second the fans start again. The computer turns on normally but this behaviour is just odd. Anyone have some idea what this could be or if I should be worried in any way? Or could it be just a quirk of ICue Link?
