x870 Tomahawk Debug led problem

Yesterday I finished my new PC build and encountered no problems. I flashed the BIOS to the newest version (7E51v1A2) to get rid of the false 08 error and everything everything works fine. Debug LED shows the temperature of the CPU like its supposed to but after I shutdown the PC it won't shut off and will display code 00 (that doesn't mean anything according to the manual) and a red light(pic attached). Im not sure the problem existed before I flashed the BIOS. Also the option to turn the debug led off in the BIOS doesn't work.
Did anyone here encountered a problem like this before? Can I do anything about it?
