Ridiculous issues trying to get matching status on Voyager matching status program.

I applied 10-11 times on their website with no success. They keep emailing me saying they have no record of my application. I have used my phone, my Chromebook, a friends HP desktop computer. I have 2 emails. I used both. I have downloaded picture of my existing Royal Caribbean Crown and Anchor number, points accrued, and status. I have sent picture in doc and docX. I have scanned the photo and attached it to application. Nothing works. Main issues 1. No phone number to speak to someone in Voyager matching status department. One can reach them ONLY by email. Not help for solving whatever issue is. All the department does is resend link with application. Says over and over they have no record anywhere of my applicationn even though I’ve sent it in multiple formats 10-11 times 2. I suspect the main issue may be that while someone is filling out the matching status application they are timed out. I have seen after 45-60 seconds that my session has timed out and to hit back button. Why is there a 45-60 second time on submitting an application. What’s the deal. I have spent a total of 5-6 man hours trying to solve this. Ultimately not a huge deal, but annoying. I leave from Brooklyn this Sunday Oct 20. I guess if worse comes to worse I can go to concierge and have someone with computer do it from ship.
