Weird Job Interview?

I had an odd experience with a job interview recently, it was a Microsoft Teams interview but no one on the interview panel had their cameras turned on. Is this… a thing in libraries? No one on the panel even mentioned it when I joined the meeting, or set up any expectations about interview etiquette.

I’ve had remote interviews before, and everyone always had their cameras on. I found some other subreddits where this had happened to people, but was just curious what people who work in libraries might think. Thank you!
