It’s not you it’s me

I have dated two people never had the were serious talk they just lived far away so visits were a lot. The last one told their family and wanted me to meet them and said I’d be around for one of her family events in a year and said she will be visiting me every weekend. I didn’t ask any of this she just said it. Then randomly I get the it’s not you it’s me you are amazing blah blah. Help what am I doing wrong I don’t bring up any of this love bombing stuff.
