Where can I charge my devices along the trail?

I am planning on bringing a power bank but it won't last the whole hike. Which places let you charge your devices? I'm planning on stopping at Tuolumne, Red's and MTR. Can I recharge my power bank at any/all of these? Any other places i hadn't thought of?
