What should I do?

I took the CIA Part 1 exam for the third time and did not pass. My bosses told me a couple of months ago that if I did not pass the first exam by the end of January, they would have to let me go. I studied my butt off, and now I feel too ashamed to go home or go to work. I feel so stupid and helpless. My career is over!
