Killzone vs session?

What do you guys thing is better trading on ICT killzone timing or jus trading with session timing..... And pls tell me timing of them bcs I am confused bcs of winter -5 system ...... When I started learning ICT , a guy thaught me direct ICT sessions killzones .....
