IPO Scam by Linkintime registrar

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the rejection of my application for the Rikhav Securities SME IPO. The reason cited for the rejection is: "Application bidded but amount not blocked."

I would like to clarify that I had accepted the payment mandate (through Gpay app) well before the specified deadline. Therefore, I fail to understand how this issue occurred despite my timely action.

I don't know what is happening but something is suspicious. I am planning to raise my concern with Linkintime registrar but I am sure they will not take any action. I'm here to seek your help regarding this issue. Please tell me what should be done?
