Move to Toronto for PR?

Hi everyone, I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth relocating to Toronto (or nearby) to improve my chances of getting permanent residency in Canada. I'd love some advice from people familiar with the immigration process and job market.

A bit about me:

• 33 years old, married

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering + MBA in Tech for Business from my home country

• completed a Business Administration diploma at SAIT (Calgary)

• 3 years working at a major retail company in Canada, the last 2 in procurement & supply chain

• Previous experience as an analyst in consulting and electrical engineering before moving to Canada

• Currently on a PGWP valid until October 2027

Right now, I work remotely from Calgary for my company’s HQ, but my contract is temporary. They have offered me a permanent position, but it would require me to relocate and work in the Toronto office 3x a week.

Would moving to Ontario make sense for PR purposes? Would I have better chances through an Ontario PNP program, or would it be better to stay in Alberta? Any insights would be much appreciated!
