Living abroad while processing

Hello everyone! Hope you’re well and wishing everyone quick approvals 🤞🏻

My husband’s work visa expired in Jan, and he’s now living with me in the UK on a tourist visa. Does anyone know if we’re able to live abroad, say Spain, while we’re waiting for the i130 to process in the UK?
