NY StubHub tickets

I bought tickets for Hozier in SPAC through stubhub, I know it’s risky but tickets were sold out by the time I had the money and I know NY has laws that allows for ticket resale, however I haven’t received the tickets yet and the show is in less than a week, should I be concerned??
