Big Dog & Zebra Owners Please Help!

Can any Big Dog and step-thru Zebra (and tape measure) owners help me out please?

I'm considering getting either the Big Dog or step-thru Zebra and need to know the minimum seat-to-floor height for each.

So many different measurements online + emailed a couple of stockists with no answer. Emailed Himiway and they realised the measurements and diagrams on the website are wrong, so customer service is now also confused and said they'd ask production (still waiting for an answer, it's taking a while).
