How to hard reset the Smart Essential Oil Diffuser

Hi, my Smart Essential Oil Diffuser cannot connect to Wi-Fi suddenly, I have tried everything I can think of and there is no way, only Bluetooth. Is there any way to do a hard reset? I have tried holding down the power button for a while but the problem persists.
