Weird thing that happens for me

I have autoimmunity, POTS, and MCAS, and the only time I can achieve blue in my stress graph during the night (never happens during the day) and have my body battery recharge any significant amount and decrease my resting pulse, I literally have to be starving myself. Like less than 800 calories per day. Consistently I see this improvement when I do this. It’s worrisome and depressing at the same time. This is what I have to do to have my stats look close to normal people’s? Anyone else have this issue? I am not overweight, I work out daily, I don’t eat a gram of sugar or a drop of alcohol.
