I broke my HRV
Since mid-October my HRV has been going down every day. I don't know how to improve this.
My average sleep score is 30. On a daily basis I'm fine, I don't think I feel stressed or anything but these parameters seem to say otherwise.
Any advice or has anyone gone through anything like this?
P.D: Thank you all very much for your answers. I should find some time to relax and try to get back to normal levels of rest. I will have a medical check-up shortly.
