stutter/microfreeze issue

I am experiencing stuttering issues in Fortnite while using Performance Mode on a system with an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D and an MSI RTX 4070 Ti Super (16GB VRAM) at 1920x1080 resolution. My system also has 32GB of Corsair Vengeance CL30 RAM, and I have tried both EXPO and XMP memory profiles, with EXPO providing better stability. The stuttering mainly occurs when gliding in and during build fights when structures break, which suggests potential CPU bottlenecking, memory latency issues, or Fortnite’s optimization problems. I have also performed a full factory reset on my PC, reinstalled essential programs, and optimized Windows for gaming, reducing background processes to around 80. Additionally, I have experimented with undervolting through PBO(not very good) and various registry tweaks, such as DistributeTimers, Power Throttling, and CpuPriorityClass, to improve performance, but I am still experiencing micro freezes and inconsistent frame pacing. it’s not even like my fps is dropping it’s just micro freeze.
