Gym Newbie needs help!
I have been hitting the gym for the past 3 months, but I'm starting to worry that I'm doing some exercises incorrectly. I've noticed people at the gym correcting my form, and I'm a bit lost.
I asked my gym's trainer about personal training, but the cost of 8k for a session at a small, local gym was a bit of a shock.
What's the best way to learn proper form as a beginner? I've been watching YouTube videos before my workouts, but it seems like every fitness influencer has a different way of doing the same exercise! Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
