250k + in savings account

I have 250k + in my savings. I want to put my money to work. If Bitcoin gets around $50-60k, I was considering purchasing a couple of Bitcoins. I also thought about real estate and how It cash flows, so I’m considering RE as well. Should I talk to a financial advisor, or does anyone have any advice or recommendations on best investments from experience?
