Negotiating Points for an Offer

Curious to hear what things people have negotiated as part of agreeing to work for a company?

Here's a list I've come up with :

Bonus

Job Duties

Leadership Involvement / Contact

Volunteer Time

Travel

What am I missing?

I realize the bottom half of these will never enter the conversation with a large company offer. In my example, I'm a manager so I get to ask for a little more (but not much) than most entry level analysts.
