Fasting and PVD Floaters

Hello, I am only 18 but I have been diagnosed with PVD from my ophthalmologist after I have noticed a dark floater in the center that does not go away. I do not know the cause but I did have a strabismus surgery last year, not sure if they are linked though.

I have been desperately looking for solutions and I have came upon fasting. I know many people will probably say there is no hard evidence but at this point i'm willing to try anything. However, I have not found anything regarding fasting and PVD floaters specifically. If theoretically, fasting works for normal floaters to a degree, would it also work for PVD floaters?
