USPS missing package inquiry form keeps giving me an error message after I submit it — anyone else having this issue?

It keeps saying “There was a problem submitting your Service Request. Please try again later.” The package tracking info hasn’t been updated in 9 days, so I don’t think it’s too soon to submit an inquiry (usps says to contact them after 5 biz days).
