Nose/Ear hair removal

I 31m been trying to research the best way to remove hair from the inside of my ears and nose. Appearance is a factor but I’m much more concerned with the discomfort of living with that hair. Since high-school I’ve been tweezing but it’s time consuming and temporary to a frustrating degree. Recently my wife 27f and I have been trying waxing for body hair and it crossed my mind to try inside my ears and nose. I read a lot about health risks and horror stories. Unless the wax goes too deep it seems like it wouldn’t affect me anymore than tweezing which has never produced anything worse than an interior zit once in a blue moon.
