Refund Approved (I'm Dead)

What should I do now that Google has refunded me the amount of an in-game purchase in EpicSeven?

I already submitted an inquiry in the Stove Costumer Service to appeal my case, and am willing to return the money refunded to me. Should I just wait for their response, or should I open the game and purchase skystones to return the money in-game?

Please help me, I don't really know what to do. I don't want to get banned after playing for years.
